Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the appointment: Full refund of the advance payment.

Cancellations made within 24–48 hours: 50% refund of the advance payment.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment: Advance payment is non-refundable.
3. Rescheduling Policy

You can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without any penalty, subject to availability.

Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance may require an additional fee.

If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, the advance payment will be forfeited.
